Shipping Policy
 All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.  In order to process you transaction efficiently, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, you order will be delayed for further verification.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to issue a refund, less shipping and handling. Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item's within 14 days.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.  Please allow an additional 7-14 days for your refund to be applied to you original method of payment.  Return items can also be exchanged for anything available on our website.  Any items returned after 30 days are not acceptable, and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Once the package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we estimate 7-10 business days.  But since we do not have any control over the package, we cannot make any guarantees of the actual delivery date and or delays caused by the shipping carrier.  

Any items that are damaged, or used cannot be accepted for refund or exchange for any other items.

Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

For Returns:

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange with 7 days of the date of receipt. But the reason for returns caused by yourself(eg,size,color you choose), cannot be accepted. Returns can be sent back within 7 days upon receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank handling fee and shipping charges. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges. you may require partnership with corporate business partners. For more information, please contact our customer service.

For Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 7 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

Please submit your return or exchange request by email to saleshelp@live.com with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Packages sending back to us as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.

please ask us for returning address,DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address,or refund won`t be successfully processed. Please email us the tracking number to saleshelp@live.com after you ship out.

Return: Buyer is responsible for shipping package back to us in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your credit card acct in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee.

Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to us must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
